Results!!
yes, results are out today.. finally..!!! xD
but my CGPA dropped.. from 3.45 to 3.29
i think i did quite well in theories, out of 6 subjects, i managed to get 4.00 for 2 subjects and 3.67 for another 2 subjects.. my practical (OSCE ) is the worst! 2.67, compared to last sem (4.00 ><)
because of that, my pointer drop!! =( because OSCE contains 3 credits.. others score worse than me theories but managed to get higher pointer than me because of their good pointer in OSCE..
arhhhh.... need to focus more for osce in sem 3!!!!!
but at least, our batch get 100% passing rates in theories and i get my 3 pointer..
and seriously thank God that i can pass my OSCE.. =)

Uncle PSY..!!
I finished my exam and supposed to post about my skin and echo experienced, but that one later lah.. i straight away enter 7A (male medical) after my finals and got this indian uncle admitted on my 3rd day in 7A. i start meeting this uncle on my 4th day of work..
This uncle is having psoriasis, a type of skin disease which cant be root treated but only can control it not to make it not that worse.
So, that afternoon, I have to bring him to skin clinic for the skin specialist to follow up his case. He looked okay but he dun wan to get up from his bed ( and his bed full of his 'scale'- the dead skin flakes ). so i asked him to get up and sit on the wheelchair then he wake up SLOWLY and sit by the bed, shake shake his leg and say : tak boleh! tak boleh! and... STARTED TO CRY. okay, i was really shocked, like that also need cry a?
then finally, he got himself sit on the wheelchair, out of curiosity, i just asked : uncle, mana bini? and then he started to cry AGAIN! (that type of half fake half cry.. ><) and say : tak da, larii....
okay, my bad, shouldnt ask him that question..
juz to add, he's a big oversized uncle, to be rude a bit, he's fat..!! so imagine, i have to use a lot of strength to push the wheelchair.. ish ish.. haha.. super heavy.. then when going to reach the skin clinic the door became smaller so the wheelchair ter-knock the side of the door, the uncle shouted : LU MAU SAYA MATI KE?
wei wei wei..!!! kena knock one is the wheelchair, not him! and i no strength to control la.... juz now cry, now shout.. =.=
then when wanna go inside the skin clinic, that uncle say wan wait outside, ask me to send his file inside and wait for his turn then only come out and push him in..wa.. like a boss!!
OH PLEASE LA, i'm his maid, personal assistance or wad?! and we're not suppose to leave the patient on his own..
so, i insisted to push him in ( and he started to cry again.. @@)
then straight away go in to see the skin specialist, and the doctor havent even say a word, he started to cry and say: doktor macam ini bagi saya mati la doktor, tolongla doktor...
then the specialist at first tell him cannot like that la, must think for future la, will be better la, bla bla bla.. then he talk a bit, cry a lot, so the specialist say if wan cry go aside cry first.. that day he last came ady cried for 2 hours.. hahahaha.. i wanted to laugh ady by that time...later on the specialist say he's emotionally unstable, so gonna refer him to psy clinic!! that's wad imma thinking from the start!! hahahahaha... =P
after a quick examine, the specialist asked why didnt help him put on his cream/medicine..
i said i dunno cauz he admitted last night while i'm not working, so the specialist later on call the staff nurse in charge and the sister to come down to the skin clinic for explanation..
actually, he said he apply the cream ady, and now he go and tell the specialist that we dun wan to apply cream for him.. =.=
okay, while waiting for the specialist to write his case file, we waited outside, and then he start again: ah moi! sini manyak sejuk..
where got cold la..?? =.= and his fats more than me, but i still push him to the corridor which dun have air cond.. but he keeps on complaining cold la, so, i decide to IGNORE him..
after awhile he start with a new stuff: ah moi! nak pergi kencing la..
then i say will bring him to the toilet later on when we go back to the ward, then he shouted: tak boleh tahan la..!! lu mau say kencing sini ke? sekarang saya kencing sini..!!
by that time i'm pissed off ady, feel like giving him a big slap..
i wanted to ignore him one, then the PPK there bring the key to open the toilet door.. juz now wan go down the bed also cant, no wan go toilet can stand pulak.. =.= seriously..... =.=
so later on bring him back and to the ward and finally things settled down AWHILE..
still got incidence, but i lazy to type out ady, luckily this 2nd week in 7A, i'm incharge of the acute cubicle, workload is much more than the normal cubicle but at least the patient there are quite nice and co-operative..

Finals!!!
and yes, my finals are coming soon!! This monday.. =(
as for my mid sem, i didnt really do well la, especially surgical nursing1, out of 15 marks, i just get 9.5 and for OSCE, the 5%, i juz manage to get 3.1%.. sad sad.. =(
I'm super super super worry for my Anatomy and physiology, frankly, i'm dun have the biology brain.. but since God put me in this position, I believe He'll bail me out when i'm in trouble.. =D
I entered skin clinic and echo ( check heart one) last thurs and fri.. a very very nice experience, and not so tiring lah.. =D and I'll blog about it after my exams, with pictures! xD
oh well, i just need to make myself study for now~ S.T.U.D.Y~!!!!
JIA YOU SEM2! Let's pass this exam together with 0% failure!! =D aza aza fighting! ^^

My 1 day experience in CCU
As for sem2 , we got chance to enter CCU, which is coronary care unit. According to wikipedia, CCU s a hospital ward specialized in the care of patients with heart attacks, unstable angina, Cardiac dysrhythmia and various other cardiac conditions that require continuous monitoring and treatment.
Okay, most of my frens enter CCU will say it sucks! haha,, because the staff nurse very very fierce, and the patients looks critical which we'll have no idea wad to do at all.. For me, it's kinda bored la, cauz no handsome doctors.. haha.. juz kiddin.. =P
The CCU juz got 2 room, 1 on the right, 1 on the left hand side, every room consists only 4 patient, 1 staff nurse take care of 2 patient.. out of the 8 beds, 7 occupied, 4 male and 3 female.. the CCU room just mixed up all male and female, but of course, the space between the beds are wide enough.. and yea, it's FULLY AIR-COND!!! me likey.. xD
haha.. seriously la, i'm kinda lucky today, the staff nurse that guide me is a very very nice young lady, she teaches me lots of stuff.. =D and and and, i got chance to see fresh MI ( ppl juz suffer from myocardial infarction).. can study case larh.. =)
and got chance to see doctor do femoral catheter to a patient that need go dialysis..
CCU's observation chart really 1 big piece, almost like the size of the skul table ady.. haha.. and the weird stuff is do ECG in the ward use sterile water, water is another kind of conductor, not a big problem la, but, for patients which got lots of chest hair, really very hard..the lead keep falling off, until like pek chek ady.. ( normally we use ECG gel )
haha.. this is one of the fail ECG.. xD
anyway, nice experience in CCU.. =) Thank God for that..

Diet pills? o.O
Today is my first day in 6B (female medical ward), my last ward, which is 8B (female surgical ward) is such a disaster, i would not like to blog about it.. haha..
okay, back to the topic, I'm in charge of the acute cubicle today (yea, some one did pass away today, asystole.. >.<) that's not the point.. haha..
erm.. there was this 1 old malay lady, in her fifties, she was swelling with red spots for her whole body, (allergic la.. )wan touch also scared.. and the worst part is her mouth, swelling, sorry to say, really like sausage and with pus on her lips(nanah..!!!!) She cant even eat stuff and swallow, really really pity..
Causes of these are diet pills, she took diet pills then her body become like that..
Due to patient's privacy, cant take picca.. but hereby warning to all girls, wanna eat diet pills? wan a fast way to slim down? WHERE GOT SUCH THING SO NICE?? PLEASE THINK LA.. tq.. :)

heartless??
There's this patient in the ward admitted because of suicide case.. He drank dunno wad poison (forgot ady >.< ) for 500ml, even the staff nurses in the ward amazes that he can still live..
I was working morning shift but the patient admitted in the afternoon. that's my second day of practical..
I only met that patient the next day, and he was transferred from acute cubicle to cubicle C (which not so serious one ). That patient sure give me a big head, he's walking everywhere and refuse to rest properly. He even tried to abscond, make everyone busy looking for him.. I dunno where he went but later on he came back with super dirty clothes and smells really bad..
The staff nurses forced him to go bathe and he's just too DEGIL. I tried to give him clean clothes to wear but he keep saying : nantilah, nantilah.. and lastly throw a tantrum.. HELLO?! he's really dirty la..
then let it be lo...
I took his observation at bout 12pm lydat and realize that his blood pressure was extremely low but heart rate super fast, I informed to the staff nurse and doctor follow him up later.
He was change back to acute cubicle later on at 1 something and then i went back..
the next day, I go to work and realize his bed was empty..
Later on only knew that he passed away yesterday. His family agree that let him die without even using CPR. I cant believe this, they actually just allow him to die without even wanna try when there's enough facilities around.The doctors just have to honour the families decision. and then his brother claimed that they always quarrel.
always quarrel? SO WHAT? both of you belongs to the same family dont you? His life must be bitter as i mentioned he admitted because of suicide case..
I really feel bad for him.. people like this do we call them 冷血动物？Let him die then everything can solve? I dun even noe whether he feel guilty or not..
